Return Policy
In the event you have merchandise you need to return please refer to the following
guidelines
Please contact our store at 1-866-889-2276 to make a request The product must
have been purchased from our company and be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state.
Returned
Parts must be stocking items and in current packaging.
Discontinued parts and parts out-of-date packaging cannot be returned.
Stocking items returned may be subject to a restocking fee.
2) Pack the parts carefully to avoid
any damage during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the parts back.

Returns may be assessed a $4.50 processing fee. We do not accept returns on special order, non-stock, or custom-built
items. We do not accept returns C.O.D. Any merchandise returned that does not meet any of the above criteria may
be subject to an additional handling fee or refusal.
Privacy Policy
Contact
information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the
purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Refused Orders
refusals will have a $25.00 handling charge and applicable freight charges billed
to the customer's account. C.O.D. customers will have these charges added to their next order.
Special
Orders/Custom-built parts
We take pride in our handling of special orders and strive to give
the customer the quickest service possible. All special orders are placed with the manufacturer promply in order to facilitate
a speedy delivery.
As a rule, special orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. All
special orders are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer.
A signed build sheet must accompany
all orders for custom-built parts or merchandise (pistons, rods, rear ends, race suits, etc.)
Special Orders
Require a 50% non-refundable deposit before order will be placed.
Custom-Built Parts Require 100% pre-payment before
order is placed. No Returns will be accepted on Special Orders and Custom-Built Parts.
SHIPPING COST ON FREIGHT ITEMS WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, DUE TO WEIGHT OF ITEMS
AND ITS DESTINATION. THE COST WILL THEN BE EMAILED OR CALLED IN TO CUSTOMER. THANK YOU.
